All estimates provided through our website, phone, or messaging are approximations based on the information provided by the customer.

Final pricing may change if:

• The number of windows differs from the estimate

• Windows require excessive detailing or restoration

• Access to windows is more difficult than expected

• Additional services are requested

The technician will confirm pricing before starting work.

3. Scheduling & Appointments

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. Customers agree to provide reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time.

If access is not available upon arrival, a service fee may apply.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We ask that customers provide at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

• Improper window installation

• Loose or deteriorating window frames

• Hard water staining or glass degradation

• Landscaping or items not moved prior to service

8. Weather Conditions

Certain services may need to be rescheduled due to weather for safety and service quality reasons.
